CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE

Different work. The same clarity.

01 / Strategy to launch

Web Design & Development

We plan the experience, collect content, build and test, then launch after your approval.

The workflow

  1. Discovery, goals, integrations, and written scope
  2. Signed agreement and required deposit
  3. Approved sitemap, copy, branding, images, and access
  4. Design and interactive preview for feedback
  5. Development, accessibility, performance, and device QA
  6. Final approval, remaining payment, launch and handoff

What we need from you

Brand assets, final copy, real images, domain/DNS access, integration requirements and an authorized decision-maker.

Feedback and revisions

Milestone approvals and revision rounds are defined in your proposal. New features or major direction changes require a separate quote.

Graphic Design

Approve the content and creative direction first, then refine the design within an agreed review schedule.

The workflow

  1. Define deliverables, formats, scope, and schedule
  2. Agreement and advance payment
  3. Collect approved copy, logos, brand assets, and high-resolution images
  4. Approve wording, page order, and creative direction
  5. Review proofs with two consolidated revision rounds unless quoted otherwise
  6. Approve and pay final balance before final files are released

What we need from you

Final text, logos, print specifications, brand guidelines, high-resolution photography and one designated approver.

Feedback and revisions

Two consolidated rounds within scope unless your proposal states otherwise. Changes to approved copy or direction may be additional work.

Pre-production planning protects filming time and keeps editing focused on the story.

  2. Agreement, deposit, and production booking
  3. Confirm script or interview plan, locations, talent, permissions and schedule
  4. Film according to approved production plan

  6. Final approval, balance and agreed master delivery

What we need from you

Creative goals, brand references, contacts, locations, scheduling, access and required permissions or releases.

Feedback and revisions

Edit rounds, output lengths, aspect ratios, raw footage and licensing are specified in the proposal. Reshoots and new concepts require separate approval.

  2. Agree on scope, licensing, deposit and shoot date
  3. Approve shot list, logistics, access and subjects
  4. Photograph the agreed assignment

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS

How we protect your timeline.

A clear scope

Every project starts with documented deliverables, deadlines, responsibilities, and exclusions.

Payment before production

We schedule production after the agreement is signed and the required advance payment is received. Amounts and milestones depend on the project.

Complete materials

Approved copy, image assets, access and required client decisions must be ready before the associated production phase starts. Missing inputs may shift the timeline.

One approval contact

One designated decision-maker gathers feedback into a single consolidated response at each review stage.

Changes handled fairly

Revisions included in scope are stated upfront. Work beyond scope is quoted and approved before it is performed. Our standard additional hourly rate is $250 unless agreed otherwise.

A documented handoff

After approval and payment, we deliver the agreed files, access, licensing and support details. Not every project includes raw or editable source files.
