1. Intellectual Property & Code Licensing

Unless explicitly declared otherwise, all code architectures, pre-rendered components, design patterns, layouts, stylesheets, and custom graphics displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of FOUR MEDIA GROUP LLC (FOURAK).

Usage Restrictions:

You may not scrape, clone, or mirror this static site's code for commercial distribution.
You may not hotlink to any image, video, or favicon assets hosted on our edge CDN.
Unauthorized extraction of React layouts or Astro templates is strictly prohibited.

*Note: Standard open-source libraries incorporated inside this build remain licensed under their respective authors (e.g., Lucide React, Leaflet, and Astro).*

2. Client Deliverables & Intellectual Rights

For projects executed under active agency agreements, ownership of custom assets (such as logo designs, 8K raw video, edited photography, and final code builds) is explicitly transferred to the client upon receipt of final contract payments. Until full payment is processed, all created code and creative properties remain the exclusive property of FOUR MEDIA GROUP LLC.

3. Service Rates & Engagement Policies

All technical consulting, custom database engineering, graphic layouts, and on-site video/photo services are billed at our standard rate of $250/hr, unless a fixed project brief is executed and deposit payments processed. Estimates provided through our intake forms are non-binding projections subject to formal scope validation.

4. Technical System Limitations

While we build for 20-year permanence using edge-served architectures, serverless frameworks, and static compilation, we do not warrant that our digital properties will remain uninterrupted or free from regional connectivity issues. We perform code updates, package dependency upgrades, and security hardening at our discretion without prior notice.

5. Indemnification & Liability Bounds

In no event shall FOUR MEDIA GROUP LLC, nor any of its developers, photographers, or partners, be held liable for any direct or indirect business disruptions, database failures, or loss of search ranking related to advice, technical tutorials, or resources published on this site.
